What exactly does PriceTrackly track?
We track the price of every variant on a product page, the lowest available price, whether it is in stock, and whether the product is still listed. When any of those change, you get an email.
How often do you check for changes?
Twice a day. That is frequent enough to catch a flash sale, and low enough to keep your email inbox calm and your tracking reliable.
Do you support Amazon, Walmart, or other platforms?
No. PriceTrackly only supports Shopify stores. We rely on the public product file that every Shopify store exposes, which is what makes the tracking fast, accurate, and zero-risk.
Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and other marketplaces are not supported. This is a deliberate product decision. On top of being unreliable to scrape, they behave differently from Shopify. We would rather do one platform exceptionally well than many poorly.
Do I need access to my competitor's store?
No. The product file is public on every Shopify store. You just paste the product URL and we handle the rest. No API keys, no admin access, no risk to your own store.
Is it really free?
Yes. During the beta, every account is free with no time limit and no credit card. We'll announce before we ever charge.
Do I need to pay later?
We plan to charge $29/month after the beta. Beta users will be notified before any charge.
