About PriceTrackly.
PriceTrackly is a competitor price tracker for small Shopify sellers. You paste a competitor's product link, and PriceTrackly watches the price, stock, and listings, then emails you the moment anything changes. It costs $29/month and is free during the beta.
What PriceTrackly is.
The product does one job. You paste a competitor's product link, and PriceTrackly watches the price, stock, and listings, then emails you the moment anything changes. Every tracked product gets a price-history chart, so you can tell a weekend promo from a permanent repositioning.
It is deliberately simple. You get up to 10 watches, checked twice a day, with email alerts on price drops, stock changes, and delistings. There is no automatic repricing: PriceTrackly never changes your prices or anyone else's. It costs $29/month, and it is free during the beta while we validate the product with real sellers.
Who builds PriceTrackly.
PriceTrackly is built and operated by a small, independent team. We are an early-stage product, and this page will not pretend otherwise: we have no awards, no investor credentials, and no famous backers to list, so we list none.
You can judge us by what the product does. The price checker is free without an account, the beta is free, and every fact on our pages names its source. If something breaks or a claim looks wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Why PriceTrackly is Shopify only.
Because Shopify makes competitor tracking reliable by design. Every Shopify store exposes a public, structured product file for each product, with stable fields for title, variants, price, and availability. PriceTrackly reads that file directly, which makes checks fast, accurate, and immune to anti-bot games.
Amazon, Walmart, and Etsy do not expose a comparable public endpoint. Tracking them reliably would mean fragile scraping and constant breakage. We would rather do one platform well than many badly, so we are explicit about the boundary: PriceTrackly supports Shopify only, on purpose.
Structured, readable content matters more as AI answer engines become a discovery channel. Vercel's crawler study found that none of the major AI crawlers currently render JavaScript, so a public, machine-readable product file is a real advantage, not a shortcut (Zecchini et al., Vercel, 2024).
